A freelance TV journalist based in Paris and London, Naomi has worked as a reporter and presenter for a range of international news channels including France 24, Euronews, Reuters TV, Europarl TV in Brussels and TRT World in Istanbul.
Currently a freelance producer for BBC World in London, Naomi also worked as part of the BBC team in Paris producing output for the French presidential and general elections.
Naomi worked as a correspondent covering the Paris terror attacks for Channel News Asia, CCTV News and New Zealand’s RadioLIVE. She has also reported on EU news and current affairs for EuroparlTV.
Experienced at anchoring live news programmes both solo and with a co-presenter, Naomi is also at ease reporting on location and delivering exclusive investigative reports and feature stories.
Naomi speaks fluent French and Spanish.
Previously, Naomi was a well-known face on ITV’s The West Country Tonight, regularly co-anchoring the flagship 6pm programme and reporting on stories around the region. Naomi was nominated for the prestigious Royal Television Society ‘Best New On-screen Talent’ award in 2011.
Although an experienced journalist with news close to her heart, Naomi enjoys doing a variety of onscreen work. She has presented for ITV2’s Entertainment News and Hatton TV Boxing News as well as Air France and KLM’s in-flight news and entertainment.
As an investigative journalist at Exaro News, a Fleet Street-based news website, Naomi’s stories were picked up by The Guardian, Evening Standard and Yorkshire Post. Throughout her career, Naomi has investigated and reported on a wide range of stories and issues and has a proven track record in pitching original ideas and developing contacts.
Naomi has also been a newsreader for BBC Radio Bristol and a reporter for ITN’s online news, as well as producing reports for Telegraph TV. Before that, she was a researcher for GMTV’s political show, ‘Sunday Programme’.
